Equally sensational as unique find, a large lot of Sola original lenses and front caps.

Schatz & Söhne from the Black Forrest in Germany beeing one of two renowned watch manufacturers, which also produced a high-class miniature camera in small quantities, nowadays both very rare.

First shown as prototype on the Leipzig spring fair, the camera was produced for export from end of 1937 on, and for Germany from beginning of 1938.

Produced only in a very small quantity, the Sola is nowadays a highlight for any CLASSY miniature camera collection.

And it was from the Black Forrest area, that today this box with Sola lenses and ORIGINAL caps has reached us.

Lens elements: Fully fine, no fungus/scratches/separation; only micro dust and light haze/inner films possible.

Please observe, the the lens mount on the Sola camera is ALWAYS a little larger then the lenses screw mounts. To mount the original lenses on a Sola, you always need the adapter, that was originally included in the delivery of every Sola !!
