SCHATZ & SÖHNE Sola camera subminiature 1938 collector BOX

Schatz & Söhne from the Black Forrest in Germany beeing one of two renowned watch manufacturers, which also produced a high-class miniature camera in small quantities, nowadays both very rare.

First shown as prototype on the Leipzig 1937 spring fair, the camera was produced for export from end of 1937 on, and for Germany from beginning of 1938.

Produced only in a very small quantity, the Sola is nowadays a highlight for any CLASSY miniature camera collection.

Here the number 529, with matching lens Kinoplan 3/2,5 cm.

Cosmetically in beautiful condition, and with superrare makers box (different number).

Camera is defective, spring-wind mechanism in camera is DEFECTIVE, further not tested, sale AS IS, as pure collectors item, so NO guarantee and NO returns !!!
