Unknown to us and never seen before very massively manufactured tilt shift macro bellows.
In the 1980ies Hama and Kenlock sold something similar, but those products were much inferior in massiveness and quality/relatively unstable settings, so have not much to do with this product.
Massive quality, most arts metal-made, weight 1410 grams.
The integrated focusing rail, can also be mounted differently as cross-rail.
No kind of engravings of model or manufacturer; just the focusing rail carries small engraving JAPAN.
