HASSELBLAD DISTAGON 5,6/60 60 60MM F5,6 FIRST TYPE + SERIES 1958

We are pleased to be able to offer you here a real highlight for any early Hasselbld C collection.
The Distagon 5,6/60mm in it's very first version, first series, first year of production 1958.
Production started with number 1999009, here the number 1999027, so lens number 18 of production.
Near to impossible to find an earlier lens, and surely never in this cosmetical dream condition.
Correct early details, as the shutter number engraved on back of bajonet, and the non-existence of a stop-down ring.
We have the following PROBLEMS:
Clearly visible separation below front lens element
A round scratch on back lens element
Shutter hanging at long speeds

Nevertheless, because of the high rarity grade and the sensational cosmetic condition, in our opinion, it would be a reasonable investment for the buyer, to spend around at a guess 600 Euro in fixing these problems. By having the front and back lens elements replaced with the lens elements of a later well-used lens of the same type, and having the shutter overhauled.
