It was not a coincidence that the name Contarex derived from the latin word "rex" (king). Its engineers had only one limit: Perfection.

The excellent superwideangle Distagon 4/18mm. Minimum focusing distance is 30 cm. Perfect manufacturing quality and optical performance, also under nowadays standards.

The lens is presently in the service-center for the promised service, and can be shipped from about 20th december on.
