Quite rare lens, produced beginning of 1930ies.

Here a specimen without number, earliest production from 1931,

perfect match for a Leica I model C from 1931.

Only about 5000 produced in total (both versions together: black-chrome and,

as here the case, black-nickel).

Front lens with only faintest cleaning marks, inside some light haze.
